My experience with Hertz was by far THE WORST!!! After being in an almost Fatal crash and lack of sleeping due to me having to call this insurance company to make a claim tow yard the whole mile here. I come in Hertz expecting to see at least one smiling face greeting me with a welcome to Hertz or something like I experienced at Enterprise when I had to rent with them for a previous case. But I didn’t even get that at Hertz! I walked to the desk guy says what do you need still not portraying a look of happiness and willingness to help me he sounded quite annoyed. I told him I had a reservation he looks at me and then says really? As if I was lying. The car I received smelled like pee and didn’t have Bluetooth when I informed him to put me in a different car with Bluetooth he hesitated and said none of them have Bluetooth. How are you going to try to help me set up my Bluetooth then after you can’t figure it out, all of a sudden none of the cars have Bluetooth? Also I called today because my insurance said i had my rental for longer than what Hertz was telling me I call Hertz and spoke with Iesha who gave even worse customer service! The tone in her voice was not welcoming and seemed as if she was annoyed by me I told her what my insurance said and she did extend the rental but not for all the days my rental place told me when I told her I was going to call them back to just see why these stories don’t match she asked me well how long do you think you will need it only way I can extend it more is if you call them and they let us know so I told her that’s why I’m about to call them back and see why you’re telling me one thing and they’re telling me another. It turned into a back and forth on why I shouldn’t call the insurance company back. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND HERTZ TO ANYONE ESPECIALLY THIS BRANCH. All their cars looked as if they haven’t been washed inside or out and the customer service makes it no better.
This Hertz location is outstanding. The customer service is great and they treat you with respect and expedite the car rental process. I rented from this location several times and I would says its my favorite and always a pleasant experience.
