Enterprise always provides me excellent customer service whenever I need a rental car. The employees are always quick, efficient, and are able to handle your requests in a timely manner whether by phone or in person. No complaints from this customer.
I used a different rental company the last time my car was at the collision center and it was awful. This was a great experience. My reservation was made by Geicko for near my house not best the collision center. I called Enterprise and they transferred it immediately. It took less than 5 minutes to pick me up and i was done with paperwork in 5 minutes. I was given a choice of cars. My car has 1,000 miles on it so it's like new. The staff was curteous and perfessional. So far, great experience!
Never had an issue. Employees are always helpful. I have had three rentals in the last two months. Had two Jeep Compass and a Ford Fusion. The Fusion was very nice and well equipped. The Jeeps on the other hand were terrible. Not because of Enterprise, Just poorly made and severely under powered.
I've been renting from this location for several years and sadly this company has gone down hill. Some of the employees are amazing and other ones, not so much. However, that's not a big deal. The major issues I have are calling for a pick up and them forgetting to pick me up. This has happened several times. Lastly, their inventory of cars is always scarce. I've been almost forced to rent a premium vehicle at times because their full size vehicle is so lacking. However, nothing will change because they seem to be getting all the business they need from insurance companies. So, I avoid renting from them as much as possible. I've gone from renting 30 days a year to around 10.
This location worked very hard to get the vehicle we needed. When we had an issue (not their fault but the car makers issue), they were very quick to get the truck replaced with one that worked for us perfectly.
