Drive-thru is always very slow. They've never messed up my order at this particular checkers.
I thought when they close this location and reopened it would be better, I was wrong! I went there this morning and the parking lot was completely riddled with garbage everywhere and I mean EVERYWHERE! I literally still have a burger smashed in my tire that's how nasty the parking lot is. No one greets you when you get to the window, they just start throwing you stuff out the window. I always check my food before I leave any drive-thru window but this seems to agitate them very much so. I only started going here again because they came out with awesome coupons, as soon as the coupons run out I won't be going here anymore. I gave them 2 Stars because they have the absolute best fries!
Extremely slow, the workers sit around and talk and walk around on their phone in front of the drive thru windows. Very unprofessional, waited at the window for 30 minutes just to get two burgers. PLEASE LET YOUR WORKERS KNOW THAT THEY ARE ON A BUSY ROAD. with 2 hours on the road ahead, I thought I could stop at my favorite fast food restaurant for a quick meal. I was wrong.
The cashier was awesome we had a huge order and she was very good very nice n very professional so I give it a 5 start just because of her ... Thank you
Completely and utterly astonished with the level of incompetence I experienced today. Order was wrong, food was terrible. I will NEVER visit this location again.
