So, we accidentally showed up a minute before closing to try Angel's for the first time. They graciously waited on us, including the rest of our party that showed up after closing. Everyone was smiles and friendliness. Food was excellent...fried chicken, fried pork chops, liver & onions, lima beans, greens, green beans, yellow rice, mac n cheese, and mashed potatoes - which weren't on the menu, nor were they the vegetable of the day, but when we asked, they made some for us. Did I mention that they apologized for not having cornbread, but would make a fresh batch for us the next time we stop in? Yes, they appologized for being out of something after they closed. It's not fast food - it's so much better. We'll be back.

I give them zero stars for there customer service. I didn't even get the chance to order my food. Instead of the lady letting me know they are busy and can't consult over the phone with me because I'm a first time buyer who doesn't know the menu and also doesn't eat meat! She cut me off while speaking with another worker about the menu to ask me if I was placing an order. Basically in a rudely fashion was letting me know she doesn't want to help me.
The cook was so kind and itnjust felt like we were in there eating with our extended family
