Justice should always be in the victims side when it comes to injunctions or orders of protection. The reason why a judge gives the victim that order is because the judge found a reason. I had a neighbor who is homeless because she started harrasing my family and still does every time she comes out of jail. The casselberry police and some staff in the courthouse blame me for her being homeless which is very unfair for me because she brought this upon herself. Because she has mental issues does not mean she can terrify me and my family. The system only sees one side of the coin but does not know my story and how ive tried to help her in the past along with her family and other neighbors. They only hear her pity side and hate and blame me for her present situation. If you knew how much damage she has done to this family and be in my shoes then you would see different but you dont. The reason she is homeless its because the state and city wont find her a place that she can be taken care of and treated properly for her mental issues since she is incapable of taking care of herself and thats why she lost everything sad but true. I never wish wrong against anyone even if they messed up our lives which she did but I hope she gets help and I ask the court to please see both sides before judging because their is always more to the story than paperwork.
