We were pleasantly surprised to be helped so quickly; and we did not have to do the work ourselves to look up some records. Very helpful staff did that research and gave us the documents which we then went to another counter and paid for. All went quickly and smoothly.

This place... sorry, no I meant THE STAFF at this place is so inefficient that it should be on a comedy show. I was first sent to a side desk to place my order for documents. I had to wait there for the woman to finish a phone call, no big deal. After that I was sent back to the main desk where 4 women were "working", yet not one of them would even acknowledge me. I waited for 10 minutes with all four meeting my eyes and still ignoring me... then a fifth person came around the desk and yet I still received no help. I began getting very irritated which seemed to make them completely ignore me, not even bothering to meet my gaze any longer. One woman was changing her music and using her headphones, another was checking her cell phone, another rolled her eyes at me, and one kept walking in the room and out again but never doing anything. When I was finally helped (mind you, I just had to giver her $1 for the copy I ALREADY HAD IN MY HAND) the woman spoke with complete courtesy as if I had JUST walked up to the counter/desk. The entire trip took almost 20 minutes when I was THE ONLY CUSTOMER THERE. This place is apparently ridiculously understaffed when you think of the amount of brainpower and kindness the staff possesses combined. Remember, there were 5-6 workers there... looks like they need 10+ to help one person.
