I need to say - once again - Andrea Vangel works at the Sales in Sanford, FL and is the sweetest, nicest people I have ever met. She is ALWAYS pleasant and never rude. I was down there over the 4th of July and before purchasing anything I told her I needed backs for the earrings I had purchased the year before. She gave me 2 sets at no charge. I think this lady should be recognized for her courteousness and kindness. She treats my daughter and grandchildren the same way. This is a remarkable lady and I would recommend this Zales because of her. I live in Indiana and the people who work at the Muncie Zales is never that nice. If you need a chain for a necklace you purchased from them you will pay for it. LOL Just sayin'. Thanks for your kindness Andrea. Always appreciated. I always look forward to seeing you whenever I am in Florida.
