I've been to this location in the Sanford plaza a million times and have always had good experiences but today was different. I went to see the status of my order that was supposed to arrive last week and DONNA was extremely unprofessional and rude. First she did not want to check the status and when she finally did she walked away angry, sighing loudly, and complaining under her breath. When she came with my items which had arrived I asked her if they were on sale. She rolled her eyes at me as she checked. She spoke to me with a bad attitude as she asked for my information and rang up my purchases. Her demeanor changed as soon as her manager stood by her to take care of another customer. Kirkland should reconsider hiring employees who cannot be being polite or pretend like they want to be at work. I am a club member but next time I will take my business to Pier 1, where I seem to be less of a burden on their employees.
