Misleading... I thought that a cartoon bird would show up and play with the kids because they show pictures of a cartoon Heron on their trucks. Ruined my kids birthday party. I did end up with a beautifully treated lawn though....
This review is for Mike and Ken who solved my squirrel problem in the attic of my home. They were knowledgeable and professional. They worked for hours in over 100 degree summer heat to get the traps and one way door in place. They came back several times to check, fog and make sure the problem was resolved. I would only use these two technicians as I had a issue with the first guy they sent out who only wanted to upsell me insulation. The company was extremely responsive to my concerns and sent "their best" out to rectify the problem. I don't fault the company for having a bad egg when the go above and beyond to make things right. I can't thank Mike and Ken enough for doing a great job and setting my mind at ease!
I just had the most pleasant and polished professional experience anyone could hope to have, in the repair of my irrigation system. My expert service pro was Corey W. He was truly exceptional in how he diagnosed my problem and resolved the issue. Corey was neat, efficient and effective. He was friendly and polite, open and frank with his advice and recommendations. Corey was simply the best! Heron is blessed to have employees like Corey W. I will use Heron again!

Cory was very thorough and identified a few issues that had been missed. He also pointed out that there was fresh raccoon poop around house and sure enough the next morning when I opened the garage door, there was Mr. Raccoon sitting there. They are coming back today to try to help with that.
