These people are anything but professional. The day I was to pick up my mother's remains they were not at their office location as they stated they would be. Several calls and several hours later they finally sent the owner's father to take care of things, and he had no idea where my mother or her paperwork was! I had driven several hours and the owner just tried to laugh it off as busy season. When the owner's father had me sign for my mother using the cardboard box she was in as a writing surface, that was the final straw.
