My father passed away on June 12th. Everyone I was in contact with from Gramkow's were very professional and caring. They bent over backwards to make sure everything my family needed or wanted was taken care of. This was not an easy time for us, but Mike, Sarah, and Greg made it as easy as they could for us. We recently buried our mother, one of the hardest things you can do. We met with Patrick a couple of months prior to her death. As everyone fears, going to arrange a funeral is something you dread, you hear all kinds of horror stories. After my sister and I met Patrick at Gramkow, we felt totally at ease. Everything was explained, we did our research we were comfortable choosing them when it came time. The facilities could not have been better, the staff was very professional and kind to everyone. Our mother was beautiful for the viewing. The family visitation and funeral was handled perfectly, we could not have asked for anymore, thanks to Gramkow Funeral Home for making our Mother's funeral a very memorable event.
this place is a total rip off. they over charged on several things then refused to correct their mistakes. the funeral director Patrick was rude and talked down to our entire family. we will never use this place again and noone else should either
I would like to thank everyone at Gramkow that made my mothers last day a beautiful experience. The hardest day in my life, but Sara and (I can't remember the other lady's name) made sure every detail was right! They gave us more time then paid for to say our good bye! They understood that it wasnt easy to say goodbye and we needed that extra time! They also let my daughter do my mothers makeup! Anything we asked for they never said "No"! Those last memories will forever be with us! I would recommend this place to everyone! Once again, thank you from the bottom of our hearts! Till we see again!
