Had an issue with a Macy's Gift Card mysteriously going missing, & called Macy's. Staff was pleasant & helpful, but we needed a manager. Regret not confirming managers name (Bryan?) but he was very friendly & helpful on phone. He proposed a fine solution that night, about 8:45pm & told me to come back next day & he'd take care of things. When I returned Macy's early the next morning, he was already there, smiling & very accommodating, ready to issue a replacement card. It took less than 5 minutes. Superb customer service!
I forgot my Macy's card. It Was no problem at all to shop. They were so helpful and looked up all my info. That great service.
They also have great sales! $150 Michael Kors shoes for $41? Karen Scott Sport knit shirt marked down from $42 to $3.50?!? Three dollars fifty cents! I felt guilty buying it, as if I was taking advantage of something. There were racks packed with markdowns throughout the store. So Macy's sales are great, the real deal, highly recommend checking them out.
