I recently stopped by your sprint mall location as I was looking for a case for my phone. Well after 45 min I surprisingly left as a new Sprint customer. After speaking with Veronica who's customer service was nothing short of exceptional I was convinced that Sprint was right for me. She literally made me feel so comfortable while answering all my questions(there were a lot, seeing that I was nervous to make the switch from AT&T) and also making me laugh along the way. She never once made me feel forced or pressured and took the time to ensure I was 100% satisfied from beginning to end. I've had Sprint now for about a week or 2 and although it's not perfect and my data could be a little better I don't regret my decision for 1 second and I owe that all to Veronica. Please give her a raise as she's truly deserving of one. I'll be sure to recommend all my friends and family straight to her. Please let her know...Job well done!!
It's a mall but many"name brand" stores have left over the years and moved to nearby malls. It's still Sanford's home with a state of the art gym and a reasonable food court. It is showing it's age but still holds up to the changing mall market.
Really enjoy visiting this mall every time I'm in the Orlando area. Has some good well known anchor stores. Mall is clean and family friendly.
Typical in regards to shopping. Great for window shopping then order what you want online at home for half the cost. Wouldn't recommend eating here. Only 1 working bathroom in the entire mall and the sinks don't work in it. So just let that image sink in. The other bathroom is being renovated but I've lived here for 30 years and don't have my hopes up.
For local shopping is great also to get a drink while you shop in the food court it's cool. Clean and lots of parking. Got this nice bag for my dad 30$ lol
