The park is under major reconstruction. No bathroom, laundry, pool etc facilities. Same price though!
There is a very nice pool (no hot tub), a public picnic and bbq area, and some shuffle boards in the central community area. I didn't see a dog park but there are a series of sandy ATV trails just to the west of the park which are nice for dog walking.
Spent six months here. Very quiet and clean.
The staff are nice and though they don't always answer the phone, they are good at returning messages.
Most of the residents in the park are long term or permanent. Their properties are generally free of junk and mobile homes are reasonably maintained but the landscape is not.
This is a nice RV park and would warrant 5 stars except the property is in a bit of disrepair - broken cement pads, sites are not completely level, and there are overgrown weeds and vegetative debris around all the sites. It is a bit difficult to navigate with a 45' bus around narrow roads and lots of trees but is doable with care, easier if you can pick up your tag axle.
Great big trees for shade, almost all sites have some shade, very clean, nice pool, laundry in two areas of the park, friendly staff.
The shorter stay sights are located towards the front of the property near the office where there is less shade (means easier access with fewer trees but warmer). They are also closer to the main road so there is a bit of noise though it's not too bad. The short term sites have decent internet access from the office signal but I can't speak to the wifi throughout the rest of the park. Verizon cell service is also good at the front.
Lived there long term for 7 years. Nice Quiet and Friendly. Close to mall and restaurants. Very reasonable long term rates. Moved to West Palm and had sticker shock as the park I am in now more than doubled what I was paying in Twelve Oaks.
