Do not respond and tell me to call corporate - I've already done that and they can't do anything b/c the issue is with your contract on the "winwin" promotion. It's a complete farce - I waited 3 years to get my coupon so I could return and buy a new area rug with the check I was told I could use on a future purchase (I was NOT told of the future "minimum" purchase of $1299 in order to use it, however). Had I known I could not use the coupon for the rug I wanted, do any of you geniuses think I would have forfeited the stain cleaning I could have used instead? Um, NO. Your pea brained manager Kendall doesn't seem to understand that concept of common sense though. Where did he come from... McDonald's? Oh, and I waited 3 years so you could send me a check with a very short expiration period. Shame on you and your pathetic company!

In addition, he's too cowardly to admit when something makes sense, he'd rather just not answer. He gets too triggered when the customer is pointing out common sense and can't understand anything after that. He does not belong in mgmt as he lacks common sense and the wilingness to stand behind the miscommunication of his store (himself actually), not once but twice.

Why do they delivery washer and dryer but do not set it all up. They told us they are not to set it up. How unprofessional that is

And before you decide to comment back and tell me, "we are here to help" you are not! Because before posting this, my husband called to try to get you to help us, and you rudely declined.

This store doesn't sells quality product. They shown us a nice sofa and delivers a defective sofa. And not even willing to return it or offers exchange with non-defective sofa even though product is under warranty. They mention in their website that they stand behind the warranty products but it seems to be false promise. Corporate customer personnel Pam is already involved in this issue and they doesn't seems to be of much help. It seems she wants to take side of store manager rather than customer. It doesn't seems to be focused on customer satisfaction.

Terrible terrible most terrible experience ever!!! My son took out a line of credit to surprise me with a new washer and dryer pair, he was almost forced to take a pair they were selling as used, as they were telling him if he got a new set, payments would be almost doubled a month. He was told the used pair was not actually used, a customer had ordered them, but changed their mind at the last minute, so because of that, they had to consider it used. After saying no, we'd like to buy new, they then threw in a years warranty!! So it almost made it pointless to say no at that point. three days later the machine smelled of burnt rubber and would not spin! Not only did I have to take my wet laundry to a laundry mat, but also dirty laundry for a family of 8!! When he went back to the store, the person he then spoke to said out loud, "oh, I guess they didn't repair it like I thought"...... so the machine you said was a new machine wasn't new? And not only used but repaired?? That was on a Saturday. We had to wait till Tuesday to get a new one, (we should be gracious they refunded all the money so we could buy another pair since we got the warranty!) but they would not even pick up the broken machine, although it was due to their dishonesty we had to go through this, we have to find someone to help us load it into a truck we do not have, and take it back to them! And if we can't get it to them, we can't get our new one. Yup! I'm going to do as they want, only because I don't want to make my son feel badly for trying to do something nice for his mom, but had it been me, I wouldn't give them a dime of my money! Customer service vs. I'm just there to make my money. They are definitely not there for their customers. And I'm not even going to complain about having to buy my own electrical plug, and hoses.

I used to love Badcock; however, after this miserable experience, I will not be back. They are losing a loyal, valuable customer b/c Kendall is a world class jerk with an attitude. Buh-bye Badcock!

I would never buy anything from this store.

Terrible management and poor product quality. The store manager, Kendall, is Dr Jekyl/Mr Hyde. He's very nice and apparently helpful when taking your $, but if you have an issue later, he gets defensive, testy, and is unwilling to make the problem right.
