Excellent service! I made a return that I purchased online, which was easy as anything. Then I wanted to get some info and pricing on kitchen appliances. These guys went the extra mile. I was reminded of their price match guarantee and told that if I found a lower price at one of their competitor's stores, they would match it! Overall, this is a smaller store, but it has a good selection of everything on-hand. The only reason I didn't go to 5 stars is due to online competition in prices with vendors that they can't beat. Overall Best Buy is still a great store for electronics and more!
They are very helpful and they're attentive to their customers we are trying to find this particular phone and the guy went all the way in the back to look for it and search for a while and then searched some more and then search the more until he couldn't find what we needed and let us know that we could order it online if we really wanted it and he was very helpful even though we couldn't find what we needed but the fact that he took the time to do that for us was very nice and everybody was very sweet to us so I appreciate their business and them being considerate of their customers very well done.
Well maintained facility. Staff is knowledgeable. We've gotten a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, surround sound speakers and a bunch of other gadgets from this location and have never had an issue. Their warranty is worth purchasing.
Ordered some Magnolia theater seats from Best Buy that were delivered defective in June 2017...fast forward almost two months later, and Best Buy still has NOT replaced the defective seats. Whenever I call their absolutely horrendous Best Buy "help" line, I'm on hold for OVER an hour being transferred from one department to another, with NO resolution. I will Never buy anything else from Best Buy again. I've spent well OVER 5 hours on hold with their terrible customer service reps over the past month, and no one seems to know how to facilitate what should be a simple exchange. And after an hour on hold, they hang up the phone, and this has happened multiple times.
Poor. Waited while one last took care of a gentleman and another girl watched on. She may be new and observing. But one one at service desk? Finally, when 2 others were lined up behind me she had the girl help me. Took her awhile to sign on. Put into in and looked for my 2 packages. And looked and looked and looked. Finally asked other lady to help. She looked over everything once and have her my 2 boxes. Don't know if she is new or observant.
