Horrible horrible experience at trunk or treat 10/31/2017. A security guard named Tyrone ( or close to that name, not 100% sure)was yelling in my face while I had my 3 children because he was frustrated trying to park cars. I could not take my daughters stroller in the front of parked cars because there was no room so I tried to stroll around to get in the back of a register line. It was then that Tyrone said I needed to move when I was clearly moving out of the way but it took a few seconds since I had a stroller. He was rushing me to move in a small space with a nasty nasty attitude. I went to the person at the church who was in charge and was told that he had to deal with 2,000 people and he still needs Tyrone. Then Tyrone proceeded to say that my child was about to get hit by a car which was a complete lie just so he could justify his attitude. The person in charge did not know the name of Tyrones company but said I only know his name and I hired him for tonight. Crazy!! It was not about the event but the service and if that is how they treat strangers, we will never return. Tyrone was not polite at all. He started his sentence with and attitude and yelling. If he can not handle people then he should not be in that position. I will happily go to another church with my children for trunk or treat. I tried to resolve with the main person, then with a church leader so now I am taking this route. I pray changes are made soon!!!
