This car wash has gone downhill fast since Mister Car Wash bought out Top Dog. The internal washing system has been downgraded to a lower cost unit that doesn't wash the vehicles correctly. I always leave with foam left on my car which leaves thick streaks. The detail center doesn't take appointments and they can only do 1 car at a time. Top Dog used to have 4+ cars at a time. They stopped steam cleaning the interior carpet because "It takes too long". Cutting company expenses and provided a lesser service yet charging more is a terrible business model long term. Bottom line is Mister Car Wash is a much cheaper version of Top Dog and Mister charges more $$. I have gone to Top Dog and Lake Mary Car wash for 20 years. I am very disappointed that Lake Mary/Top Dog was bought out. Mister Car wash seems to be focused on overcharging customers for a lesser product and not care about the end result or their customers. Yet every time you go in they will try to sell you their plan so they can debit your bank account every month. No Thanks!
Super fast and reliable service, for the oil change, super fast and effective car wash. Very friendly and knowledgable staff, been going there for years.
Really great car wash, however, I wish they had a lane exclusively for their members. It would greatly increase the value of their memberships.
Honestly this was my favorite place to take my car to get washed until Mister Car Wash took over. This is the second time I’ve paid $32 for premium cleaning inside and out and the inside has been still dirty. My doors still had dirt on them, my dash not wiped down, and trash left in my back seat. I called and they offered to clean it for free, which isn’t really free since I already paid for a service that wasn’t completed in the first place. In the future, I will just use an automatic car wash and do the cleaning on the inside myself. A $3 car wash does a better job any day. Even thinking about calling my bank and telling them that I was charged incorrectly. I definitely recommend anyone to go any place but Mister Car Wash. Maybe it’s just this one in Sanford but I’m not going to take any chances.
Really like this place, staff is super friendly and professional. My only complaint is at any given time there is always one broken component in the car wash. Typically it is the smaller size spinning brushes, they rarely work. Even with that though this place is great. Worth every penny.
