Robert and Joe are fantastic humble and professional. They actually know about mechanics, cars and diagnostics. They are family owned, mom is always there caring and bringing her special touch! You dont see this anymore! So you have to know they are honest and have integrity not only in their commitment to service your vehicle but in their labour prices as well. They have been our whole familys mecanics for years! Completely trustworthly and go to guys! Even when they are super busy they take their time to take care of you- even if it means pushing something aside for a bit putting your emergency first.
They told me nothing was wrong but they are wrong. They just can not find the issue, so why lie to me. I even can hear that noise.

I used to live in Sanford years ago and I was fortunate to find Joe's for all my automotive service needs. I called around and did some price comparison the first time I needed work done and Joe's quoted me the lowest price. I was a bit nervous going somewhere without any recommendations but I gave them a shot and I was glad I did. They did great work and charged what they said they would. I stuck with them until I moved out of state in 2007.
After having the water pump go out on my car I was looking for a reliable shop to have the vehicle repaired at. I did a "GOOGLE" and after reading the reviews about Joe's auto repair I decided to give them a try.
I am used to auto repair shops trying to take me for all I'm worth. Not these guys! I didn't get the typical "If you want me to fix this, I'm gonna have to replace part A, B, and C too." They told me what was wrong, got my Check Engine light to turn off and stay off and the price was very reasonable. Will be taking my car to these guys from now on.
Joe's auto repair is a shop I would recommend to anyone in need of auto repair.
