I was concerned with so few reviews until I went there and found the place just opened not too long ago. I looked online to try and find what I needed for a special needs bike, but just wasn't sure. I stopped in the store to check and they knew exactly what I needed. They ordered it and assembled it for less that I could have gotten it online. I'll be heading back there soon for some other repair work. I couldn't imagine better service anywhere.
Went today first time took six year old son with his mongoose for broken brake handle and the way Matt interacted with my Son you could tell he really likes what he does and cares he finished same day great service and more than fair price I would definitely come back whether for service or to buy used or new bike.
