Great Group of Employees!
Great bank, but they need more customer friendly hours. They close at 5 everyday and no Saturdays. I don't know about the rest of you, but it's impossible to get anything done when you work those same hours. They should be open till 12 on Saturdays or something.
This is a low traffic branch and understaffed but in a convenient location. I waited for an hour and 3 mins to speak to a banker. The tellers are great but the banker Tammy needs alot of help. She was unprofessional, insensitive, not organized at all, incompetent and rude. Do yourself a favor and drive a few extra miles to another branch where they have their act together.
